Winter Tecumseh
Solo hiked tecumseh, a few hours after winter started. I had to hurry to avoid ending my hike in the dark. The trail was very well broken in and only required microspikes. Parking was easy near the trailhead, around 1pm. With windchill, the peak was around -10F. A trail runner started after me, but no one finished after me, so the last few hours were wonderfully silent. A couple skiers joined me on the summit, and we were in awe of the waterville valley.
